Social T Marketing & PR seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our clients' digital marketing success. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including websites, search engines, email, and online advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of industry best practices, and the ability to deliver results that align with clients' objectives and brand identities.
Responsibilities:
Website Management and SEO Strategy:
- Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and alignment of all client website content updates with brand identity and messaging, including blogs, press releases, new pages, and YouTube management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, conducting regular audits and optimizations to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.
- Write website copy optimized for search engines that resonates with clients' objectives and target audience preferences.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in website development and SEO through proactive research to identify opportunities for clients.
Reputation Management:
- Manage all facets of client reputation, including reviews and online feedback, to uphold positive brand perception and customer satisfaction.
Google Ads and Analytics Management:
- Monitor campaign performance, budget utilization, and ad placements in Google Ads accounts on a weekly basis.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data in Google Analytics accounts bi-monthly.
- Maintain Google Ads certification and stay updated on industry trends to maximize client ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Email Marketing Management:
- Oversee all aspects of email marketing efforts, including graphic creation, copywriting, and email design, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Research and implement best practices for email marketing delivery success, staying informed about industry trends and platform changes.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations for ongoing email marketing optimization and improvement through performance reporting.
Client Interaction and Collaboration:
- Gain a deep understanding of client's goals, mission, and unique needs to ensure that digital marketing strategies align closely with their objectives and values.
- Participate actively in client meetings, team meetings, and retreats to share insights, exchange ideas, and collaborate with team members to drive success and innovation.
- Represent Social T at community events to foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry professionals.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills, stay updated on industry trends, and explore new approaches to digital marketing management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule with a combination of remote and in-office work.
