As a Marketing Coordinator at Performance Health Partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving, nurturing, and engaging leads through the strategic development and implementation of creative B2B marketing campaigns. Your success in this position will expand PHP's national reach, helping healthcare organizations of all sizes and sectors enhance patient and employee safety. Joining our high-growth B2B tech company, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape our quickly expanding marketing program.
Working closely with the CEO, Director of Marketing and Communications, VP, contractors, and external vendors, you’ll contribute to planning and executing campaigns that align with PHP’s strategic goals and revenue targets. Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role, as is the ability to convey the value of our products in a compelling manner that resonates with clients and potential customers. Our ideal candidate is a master of the written word, skilled in organizing information, tracking performance, and utilizing data for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and communications campaigns utilizing industry best practices and guided by metrics-driven objectives
- Utilize CRM [Hubspot] to develop and implement website copy and design, optimize website pages, and manage campaigns
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to research, develop, and publish various marketing collateral (press releases, newsletters, whitepapers, social media posts, webinars, promotional items, flyers, brochures, emails, etc.)
- Utilize Canva to design visually engaging graphics for the aforementioned content
- Create compelling email campaigns that engage prospects and cultivate meaningful conversations with the sales team
- Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research and tracking, and optimize website content for organic search
- Track key performance indicators for owned projects
- Utilize Dealfront to identify key prospects and build contact lists
- Support the Sales Team by conducting business development research and assisting with lead follow-up communications
- Assist in the development and optimization of marketing and communications strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Salary range for qualified applicants:
$45,000–$55,000 USD per year based on experience
