Requirements
What you will do
UBI is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team. This is a new role added to expand our Sales & Marketing team, working with our EU sales team, to support and respond to customer needs while creating continuous repeat product purchase pipeline and addressing any basic technical queries on our devices.
As the Customer Care & Inside Sales Specialist, you are the primary contact for EU customer enquiries and part of the wider EU team supporting selling activities across all our product lines.
Who You Are
We are looking for a customer-focused, results-driven and proactive candidate who is degree-qualified in Business/Marketing or customer service related studies (or similar). You'd have at least 2 years' experience in similar customer support and/or inside sales role. Experience with CRM software/application would be essential. Ideally located in near our warehouse in Amsterdam.
The role will perform (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries (order/delivery) and information requests, inc. troubleshooting L1 complaints/issues
- Address technical queries and train customers on 'how to use' where necessary
- Conduct targeted outbound sales activities to generate new sales leads and/or customer reorders
- Support distributor partners in all product sales/promotions activities, inc. training distributor team members
- Assist in maintenance of CRM for EU team
You are a process driven person with the ability to work autonomously and independently with good attention to detail - bringing knowledge and skills such as:-
- Strong relationship and customer management skills, inc handling customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Ability to articulate a customer proposition and close a sale on repeat orders
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team, e.g. Operations and Supply Chain, within global organisation
- Sound computer skills, inc CRM and Microsoft Office suite
- Communicates fluently in English and able to speak one other European launguage, e.g. French, German, Dutch, Italian
