Job Description:
The Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRO strategy to improve the performance of our eCommerce website and digital marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of CRO specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, conduct experiments, and implement data-driven improvements. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user experience, increasing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to optimize the eCommerce website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRO specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Conduct thorough analysis of website and marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, implement, and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, design, development, and marketing teams to implement CRO initiatives.
- Utilize web analytics, heatmaps, user feedback, and other tools to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Create detailed reports on CRO performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRO and eCommerce.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior CRO role, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar).
- Experience designing and implementing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other optimization experiments.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
