About the role: As our Senior Designer, you will support and drive the brand’s visual aesthetic (including style guide extensions and “brand look and feel”). You should have a strong graphic eye. You will be creating eCommerce and web assets (email, display banners, social ads, site and, therefore, you should have a good sense of UX/UI for eCommerce site creatives. You will be helping to shape the creative vision for new marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated with lots of enthusiasm, ability to work on high visibility projects and has a passion for fashion.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Develop and execute concepts and layouts for marketing emails, promos, social campaigns, banners, websites, and print materials as needed.
- Collaborate and work closely with our agencies and in-house creative and marketing and merchandising teams to ensure key objectives are met and understand project goals and adhere to deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all media platforms.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of file management systems for all photography and existing projects.
- Establish and maintain templates and brand look to ensure compliance to existing standards.
- Partner with copywriters to create compelling campaigns for all channels.
- Guide junior designers and create templates and guidelines for ongoing design and campaign work.
Specific Qualifications:
- BFA or equivalent degree in Graphic Design required.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and web design.
- UI/UX Design for desktop & iOS mobile devices.
- Must have experience in designing for eCommerce (including UX/UI design) and digital performance marketing channels.
- Advanced command of full Adobe Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Experience with beauty, luxury and/or apparel is a plus.
