Acrotrix provides comprehensive education and student services tailored for dance and gymnastics enthusiasts globally. We offer acro teacher training and acrobatics classes, available both online and in-person, for dance studios, dance schools and gymnastics / acro clubs.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dedicated Sales Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team.
Job Details:Location: Remote (with very rare required travel)
Type: Part-Time
Hours: 15 hrs / week Flexible times; during business hours with some evenings and weekends
Reporting to: CEO (subject to change with company expansion)
Core Responsibilities:- Schedule sales calls, trials and appointments effectively.
- Generate leads beyond paid advertising efforts.
- Achieve and exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
- Optimize the appointment setting process for efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Proactively generate leads and engage with warm leads to convert them into sales calls, trials and appointments.
- Maintain regular reports on activities and progress.
- Communicate regularly with the line manager to align on tasks and strategies.
Qualifications & SkillsEducational Requirements:- US: Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred.
- UK: GCSEs with grades 9-5 (A*-C)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone demeanour.

Compensation:Base Salary: £750 per calendar month.
Commissions: Commissions on exceptional performance
