E-commerce Manager

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and the ability to develop and drive the e-commerce strategy and increase performance. This position will be responsible for the Pink Stork website as well as the website of our sister brand, Amy Suzanne.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and achieve revenue targets.
- Website Improvement and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Pink Stork website and the Amy Suzanne website, including site design and performance improvements, product listings, and content updates.
- Website Design and Troubleshooting: Create and oversee design aspects of the website and work with contractor/agency to troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all online channels, including mobile and desktop.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including web developers, digital agencies, and payment processors.
- Google Ads Management: Familiarity with Google Ads and the ability to work with contractors who are operating the day-to-day Ad changes.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Postscript, and Klaviyo.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Growth mindset and ability to manage a team of employees onsite and remotely.
Not Required Skills but it’s a plus
- Experience with coding (HTML + CSS)
