Responsibilities:
- Manage data reporting and operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
- Work with multiple executive level stake-holders on one-off and what-if analysis.
- Translate complex data analyses into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and produce monthly reports to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee the management of the BigQuery data warehouse, focusing on data integrity and cost efficiency.
Basic qualifications:
- 2+ years working experience in an analytics role, preferably in the digital media industry.
- BS or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or business analytics.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including DDL and DML operations.
- Data warehousing architecture and management, preferably Google Bigquery or another cloud data warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in Python and R.
- Deep understanding of GA4 web analytics.
- Data visualization experience, preferably in Looker Studio.
- Experience in statistical methods.
- Data modeling.
- Strong data QA skills, including root cause analysis.
Pluses:
- Experience with Google Ad Manager data.
- Experience in designing and interpreting A/B tests.
- Skilled in designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, or custom solutions.
- Experience in audience segmentation and email analytics.
Compensation Range:
Annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with talent and experience.
