Position Summary
Astreya is seeking an Cybersecurity Architect - AI experience to support Infosec initiatives like AI-Powered endpoint security, AI based threat detection and analysis, and threat assessment across the enterprise network using various AI/ML models including Generative AI.
Cybersecurity Architect - AI will work as an independent contributor and develop AI based solutions for various
Cybersecurity use cases. This role will have the opportunity to help define, scope, and implement impactful AI and cybersecurity solutions on various projects.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
● Design and implement data pipelines and solutions that leverage Azure and AWS AI platforms for sentiment analysis, text extraction, image recognition, entity recognition and other AI-powered features.
● Develop solutions that use languages such as Python and use REST-based APIs and software development kits (SDKs) to build secure image processing, natural language processing (NLP), knowledge mining, and conversational AI solutions.
● Design, develop, and maintain AI data solutions using services such as AWS AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage.
● Collaborate with data scientists and developers to integrate Network platform and system logs through APIs into data processing workflows and applications.
● Build and train machine learning and Generative AI models using Azure AI Studio, Azure Copilot, ensuring high accuracy and performance
● Apply generative AI techniques to real-world scenarios, including UBEA, threat intelligence, report summarization, and playbooks, and assess their impact and vulnerabilities.
● Document data solutions, including system architecture, data flows, and configuration
details.
● Detect and respond to advanced cyber threats with at-edge computing
● Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews.
● Identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality of data management.
● Communicates technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form. Performs peer reviews for other data engineer’s work.
● Proven and extensive experience of Python and R programming, data extraction and data manipulation.
● Widely experienced and proficient in various python libraries like SciPy, NumPy, PyTorch, Matplotlib, Pandas.
Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications
Required:
● Overall 8+ yrs of IT experience in the information Industry
● 6+ years’ experience engineering and deploying data pipelines with large and complex
datasets on AWS and Azure Cloud Platforms.
● 5+ years’ experience with Data Integrations, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
● 4+ years experience with design/building data pipelines using Python. Experience with
implementing NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Pandas and Keras.
● 4+ years’ hands-on experience with Azure AI and AWS AI platforms.
● Extensive knowledge and experience building ML and Generative AI models
● Advanced SQL skills required. Solid understanding of relational databases and business
data; ability to write complex SQL queries against a variety of data sources.
● Development experience in Hadoop ecosystem Pig, Hive, Spark, Scala, Kafka
● Experience in programming languages like C++, Java
● Experience in scripting languages and frameworks like JavaScript, Python, ReactJS etc
● Extensive experience working with various data sources (SQL,Oracle database, flat files
(csv, delimited), Web API, XML.
● Experience with Data visualization tools like Tableau, MS Power BI and Qlik
● Strong understanding of database storage concepts (data lake, relational databases,
NoSQL, Graph, data warehousing).
● Able to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.
