The Account Coordinator position is responsible for providing quality customer service through the tracking
and tracing of loads, accurate completion of required documentation, and timely responses to customer
requests. You will support the office with various tasks and get comfortable in the transportation industry.
Responsibilities
• Monitor loads via a TMS system..
• Track customer loads and report delivery times.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer loads.
• Provide timely responses to all load and shipment requests for information.
• Works as a part of the Lean Team to enhance all 'spot market' opportunities.
• Responsible for collecting and processing proof of deliveries per customer requirements (POD's).
• Assist logistics representatives and managers with various daily tasks.
