JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for project management including planning, budgeting, monitoring progress to completion, and reporting. Bridge the gap between senior management and staff responsible for execution of a project. Ensure that projects run smoothly and stay on schedule. Provide periodic updates on progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop projects within a program in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives.
· Develop procedure for implementation in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
· Delegate project tasks based on team member subject matter expertise.
· Accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish program and project objectives, managing change and resolving complex issues that span project teams and departments. This is accomplished by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a standardized, cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Proactively inform and influence others in order to maintain the balance required between business needs; project partner strategy and standards; and financial requirements and budgets.
· Identify and solve problems that arise during the course of project implementation. Perform risk management to minimize risks to project. Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership, management and stakeholders.
· Ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
· Evaluate project performance.
· Aware of the potential for fraud and how to report suspected fraudulent activity.
EXPERIENCE
· Five to eight years of project management experience. Project management in the healthcare field preferred.

· Communications: Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, expectations, and information to internal/external stakeholders and project collaborators. Able to work collaboratively with different teams and different team members. Meeting facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively present and represent the Plan’s interests with all stakeholders.
· Leadership: Ability to lead members of different teams including ability to direct, motivate, and support.
· Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to enable management of multiple projects/tasks. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Able to identify potential risks and take measures to proactively mitigate them before risks can negatively impact the project.
· Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project. Adaptable and able to adjust plans/strategies to keep project on track to completion. Resolve conflict between projects and align work done by team members.
· Project management process: strong working knowledge of project management techniques.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Vizio
· Ability and inclination to adopt technology to maximize efficiency.
Education/Certifications/License
· Associates degree required (business management, healthcare management, informatics)
· Bachelor’s degree preferred (business management, healthcare management, informatics)
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
· Six Sigma certification preferred
Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $150,000.00
