BWX a leading beauty and personal care brand parent company, is seeking a motivated Ecommerce Administrator to join our team. The role of Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the business and team with complex but fun marketing campaigns and projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry and contribute to the success of both brands Andalou Naturals and Mineral Fusion.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing digital acquisition channels including Paid Social, SEM, affiliate, display, sampling campaigns and act as second point of contact for all agencies and internal teams.
• Manage Digital Marketing Calendar and promotional activities, ensuring timely updates and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
• Assist with creative briefs, collaborate with design teams, and maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
• Drive website optimization by uploading banners, creating product pages, and enhancing user experience to boost traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Operations and Customer Service to support integrated marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and assist in monthly reporting.
• Conduct competitive research, stay informed about industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Optional: Video Content Creation: Utilize video editing skills to create engaging User-Generated Content (UGC) for ads across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc.
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience, with some knowledge of paid acquisition channels and proficiency in reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM platforms, preferably Shopify, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
