Nestled inside a corporate F&I company is an artistic marketing department that needs an expert graphic designer with at least 10 years of professional experience in helping to grow brands. (It’s also a HUGE plus if you’re a car enthusiast.)

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our growing marketing team at our office in Parsippany. The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven portfolio of creative work within a corporate environment. Ideally, we are seeking individuals who have experience within the finance, insurance or automotive industries. The Graphic Designer will support all aspects of digital and print content development by working closely with stakeholders and marketing team members. This is a hands-on position for a creative, branding-conscious, and detail-oriented designer.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop designs for print, web, or social media using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Use the appropriate guidelines for each brand’s collateral
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Know how to set up designs for printing (including colors, bleed, and layout)
- Research, source, and collaborate with outside vendors.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as setting up email campaigns, social media calendars, and scheduling advertisements.
- Performs other duties will be at the discretion of management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 7-10 Years of Graphic Design experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- A strong portfolio of designs - When applying please include portfolio link or attachment**
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma/Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Experience with designing brand identities, grid systems, and editorial layouts
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically, manage workflow, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word templates, and PDF forms
- Web page design layouts
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks on deadline
- Self-starter and quick learner with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Software Experience:
- InDesign: 8-10 years (Preferred)
- Illustrator: 8-10 years (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 8-10 years (Preferred)
- Adobe XD/Figma 5 years (Preferred)
- PowerPoint: 5 years (Preferred)
- Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
