We are seeking a full-time, highly organized, and proactive individual to serve as a House Manager/Personal Assistant in Santa Monica. Candidate must have a positive can-do attitude and have the ability to be self-directed. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently. Most importantly, candidate must have the ability to bring the task to completion. The ideal candidate is great at solving problems and project management, has excellent executive thinking skills, and can exhibit professionalism and discretion at all times. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Applicants must be good with dogs.

Duties include:
· Coordinating and overseeing all administrative tasks related to the household
· Running errands for family
· Helping out nearby grandparents with their errands
· Helping with the family dogs, including scheduling and taking them to vet appointments, picking up their medication and food, etc. Also, occasional dog sitting.
· Reorganizing things in the house/ garage, etc with a clear logical system
· Helping to ship things
· Booking travel arrangements, including using reward miles, booking hotels, booking transportation to and from airports, etc.
· Handling various tasks such as scheduling appointments with vendors and then managing the appointments
· Oversee maintenance and repairs of the residence, coordinating with contractors or service providers as necessary
· Maintaining an inventory of household items (office supplies, cleaning products, supplies, etc.)
· Organizing incoming mail and deliveries, especially larger shipments of art, furniture, and other fragile items
· Coordinating framing and hanging of artwork
· Making returns, both shipping and in-store
· Caring for cars (washing, filling air in tires, storing when homeowners are away)
· Other special projects and responsibilities that may arise
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or house manager
· Great, positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
· Proven experience managing multiple ongoing projects at once
· Exceptional attention to detail with accurate work output
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
· Highly discreet and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
