Role Description
This is a contractor role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as administrative assistance, managing office equipment, organization of customer documentation, data entry, communicating effectively with internal and external parties, customer service, customer appointments, managing schedules, and overall office administration. This is a hybrid role with a location in San Antonio, TX, but with some flexibility to work remote. This position would begin as part-time (4-5 hours a day) and move into a full-time position.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Experience in managing office equipment, including printers, scanners, computers, and other technology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task to complete work load
- Customer service skills, with a focus on providing timely and accurate information to clients and stakeholders
- Experience with data entry
- Experience in a business administration role is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software is a plus
