The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role plays an integral part in our customer-centric approach, intending to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and engagement with our array of solar solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and solve problems, via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure swift and efficient problem resolution.
- Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers and guide them towards the best available solar solutions to their needs.
- Assist in handling customer issues related to purchases, services, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line and services to effectively make sales and fulfill customer needs.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in the solar/renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service techniques and standards.
- Ability to interact professionally with all customer inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and practices.
Nice-to-Haves
- Technical understanding of solar energy systems and products.
- Experience in a sales role, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and during peak customer service hours.
- A keen interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

Compensation: From $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
