Summary:
Emotional Utility Beverage™ is seeking an experienced Consumer Packaged Goods Social Media Manager and Content Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience building an engaged follower-base and driving social platform sales.
Candidates will be asked to demonstrate tangible examples of how they have leveraged organic and paid strategies, highly differentiated social content, social listening, data analysis, and affiliate marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers while also growing sales on TikTok and Meta.
Key Responsibilities:
· Social Media Strategy:
o Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand followers, follower engagement, and social platform sales.
o Strategically extend EUB’s reach and influence on TikTok, Meta, YouTube among others.
o Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
· Content Creation:
o Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (video, AI content, UGC, etc.) for all social media platforms.
o Plan and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaign and product launches.
o Enhance follower count and engagement rates with interactive content, and targeted campaigns.
· Analytics and Reporting:
o Track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics on a weekly basis to measure the effectiveness of all efforts.
o Leverage social listening and data-driven insights to optimize strategies and content.
· Community Management:
o Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers, responding in a timely fashion to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.
o Monitor and report on community feedback and sentiment.
· TikTok Sales and Operations:
o Develop and implement strategies to drive sales on TikTok, including the use of TikTok Shopping and ad campaigns.
o Create engaging TikTok content that resonates with our target audience and drives traffic to the Drinkeub website.
· Meta (Facebook / Instagram Sales):
o Leverage Meta platforms to create and manage campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
o Utilize Facebook and Instagram Shopping features to enhance product discoverability and conversion rates.
· Affiliate Marketing:
o Develop and implement terms and conditions for affiliates including commission rates, product information, and marketing guidelines. Track conversions and pay commissions.

Requirements:
· Minimum (6) years’ experience in a social media and content development role with proven strategic, creative, and analytics capabilities.
· Minimum (4) years’ experience driving social platform sales.
· Deep knowledge of proven strategies to increase followers, engagement, and sales in a short amount of time.
· Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and the interplay between social engagement and broader marketing goals.
· Skilled in social media content production with proven experience with AI, video, and photo editing tools such as Adobe (Premiere Rush), Canva, CapCut, etc. Superior ability to craft engaging video and static content with quick turnarounds.
· Experienced with social media technologies for content planning, social listening, and performance measurement.
· Experience driving affiliate sales and leads.
· Experience creating, managing, and measuring paid social efforts.
· Experience with native social measurement tools for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), You Tube, LinkedIn, etc.
· Ability to manage influencer partnerships and brand affiliates.
· Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization.
