Job Title: Technical Agile Coach

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Agile Coach, to spearhead large-scale transformation programs involving business processes and change management. This role requires collaborating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving relentless improvement across various levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
- Act as an Uber Scrum Master, providing support for multiple scrum teams while interacting with various levels of the organization.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Enterprise Architects to understand features and drive release train delivery.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to define portfolio programs, assess progress/health, and report metrics.
- Champion project change management processes and procedures.
- Lead increment planning sessions and establish release plans.
- Drive Agile team maturity, perform metrics analysis, and drive improvement based on trends.
- Coach and continuously develop product and delivery in Agile Practices, reinforcing training and processes.
- Manage risks and impediments, including their management and resolution.
- Foster a One Team Culture to unify business & tech development.
- Provide input to leadership on changes for continuous improvements.
- Continuously apply Lean Agile Thinking.
- Support the design, development, and utilization of tools.
- Facilitate improvement initiatives with retrospectives and Action Plans.
- Attend systems and solution demos.
Top Skills Required:
- 5 years of Technical Agile coaching experience.
- CICD and DevOps experience.
- Experience with Digital Transformations (waterfall to Agile).
- Experience with Lean Agile (including SAFe).
- Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to form a coaching strategy specific to each team's needs.
Agile Coach Duties & Responsibilities:
An Agile Coach performs various tasks to lead teams of developers in Agile methodology. This includes educating employees at all levels on Agile principles, providing training sessions, mentoring teams, and implementing Agile processes across the organization. Agile Coaches must possess strong leadership and advocacy skills, along with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Agile Coach Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Agile concepts.
- Experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipeline.
- Experience with TDD/BDD.
- Tools Experience: Jira, ADO, Planview, PowerBI.
