Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project and Compliance Manager at Wizmo Solutions Inc. The Project and Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing various projects across departments, complex vendor or client onboardings, change management, project and project pipline management, project ROI calculation, compliance with industry regulations, as well as internal policy and SOPs for process. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating project timelines, and monitoring performance metrics and auditing of internal work for compliance. While the role is based in Mississauga, ON, there is the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of compliance and project management to industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management or software development and or SAAS
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools and liasoning with technical resources
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
