Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned, service minded designer to help us envision what a simple, trusted, and connected experience looks like for our customers across spaces & products in health & wellness. As a designer, you will partner closely with product managers and other designers. You will represent & advocate for customers & associates by providing experience design strategy in a defined space and staying involved in the end-to-end process of execution.
Qualifications (Non-Negotiables)
- Hands-on service design experience in multi-product ecosystem is a MUST.
- Have work samples for journey mapping & service blueprinting – real work experience
- Can do attitude/Growth mindset: up for challenges
Nice-to-haves
- Bonus if you have working experience in any of the followings:
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Experience in understanding & documenting workflows across digital platforms
- Communication Strategy
- Digital Product Strategy
