We’re looking for an Email Marketer to join our team who will support both batch and lifecycle email and SMS marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies to nurture leads, maximize conversions, engage customers and winback churned customers
- Own the brief writing process, collaborate with copy and design to bring marketing campaigns to life for Sculpt Society customers
- Build A/B testing strategies to improve email performance
- Manage campaign lists and audience segmentation to ensure accurate, timely and targeted email and SMS marketing communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members across marketing, data analytics, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and lifecycle programs.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to build and optimize lifecycle programs and campaigns
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the success of owned marketing campaigns.
- Ability to make data-driven recommendations for optimal channel performance.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years in email marketing
- Strong track record of owning end-to-end campaign strategy from ideation to execution
- Highly analytical with a strong mindset for growth
- Flexibility to adapt priorities in a fast-paced, fluid startup environment
- You have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating stellar collaboration skills, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
- You have proven experience with Iterable and/or other ESPs
- You put the customer first and have a deep desire to personalize, segment, and improve the customer experience
- Must live in LA or NYC - mostly remote role with some in-office requirements
