Description
We are looking to hire an temporary(~3 months) admin support role to digitize a large amount of documents. You will work with the People and Organization team to scan documents and transfer them into a digital database. Also, you will be required to perform other administrative duties within the People and Organization team. The role be based in Sacramento, CA and you will be required to be on site.
Job Duties
- Temporary position(~ 3 months)
- Maintains records and filing systems; both electronic
- Types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages.
- Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned.
- Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to People and Organization
