We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented
Product Manager to guide the development of product roadmap for our Global Events Observer. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure the successful delivery of our core technology, which is essential for our international expansion.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Intelligence, Sales to align product development with business objectives
- Gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business value
- Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Communicate the product vision and strategy
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to drive innovation and improve product offerings
- Lead product development initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Monitor and optimise existing systems to enhance performance, reliability, and user satisfaction
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the product team
- Provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to complex product challenges, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with strategic goals
Requirements
Must Have:
- 5 or more years of commercial experience in a product management role, working in a fast-paced technical environment
- Knowledge and experience of working with Agile frameworks, writing user stories, setting goals and collaborating with teams on acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Technical experience of using SQL & Python, as well as being able to have in-depth technical conversations with the Engineering and Data teams
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, extracting essential details to define clear and precise requirements
- Evidence of customer centric thinking through insights, data and experimentation
- Familiarity with Cloud Services, we use Azure
