Our client, a well known theme broadcast media and entertainment company is urgently looking to hire a Marketing/Brand Strategist to join their team on a HYBRID schedule in Los Angeles, CA!
** This is a 6+ month contract to hire with full benefits package on a W2! **
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- Experience in a major studio or working with entertainment brands
- Experience in brand strategy, management or marketing
- Basic project management skills, including note taking, scheduling, budgeting, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MAC, including Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Word
Responsibilities
- Assist in Marketing submission asset review in MediaBox
- Create or assist with key presentations and presentation assets
- Support asset management for product development and pitch materials o Organize and manage marketing materials and feedback
- Maintain master calendar and franchise tools
- Assist with on-site activations and events & Liase with Franchise Management group
- Brand Stewardship
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders on projects, feedback and announcements o Communicate and track key updates to teams across the organization
- Conduct brand analyses and competitive case studies
- Manage and track social media requests
- Provide administrative support with meetings, projects and budgets
- Lead agendas, notes, recaps and follow-ups
- Manage stakeholder approvals and timing with key checkpoints
