Social Media Manager

With decades of experience within the development & distribution field of water sports related products, Sport Dimension is now hiring a Social Media Manager to spearhead innovative online marketing strategies, amplify our brand messaging, and foster deeper engagement with our global audience. This initiative is a key component of our strategy to adapt to the evolving digital landscape and leverage social media to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
The Social Media Manager will be pivotal in managing and executing a dynamic, full-funnel organic social media strategy across multiple key portfolio brands within Sport Dimension Inc. This role is multifaceted, involving the creation and curation of engaging content, effective community management, and rigorous performance analysis to bolster each brand's online presence and connect authentically with a diverse range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies across multiple brands to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars for each brand, ensuring all posts and stories are planned in advance.
- Conduct brand-specific research and develop unique social branding strategies.
- Own end-to-end content development, from design to copy to deployment.
- Publish content for multiple brand pages, including posts, stories, reels/videos, tailored to each brand's voice and audience.
- Monitor brand mentions and gather user-generated content (UGC) for all brands.
- Engage with each brand's community through comments, direct messages, and third-party account interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage live-time and out-of-schedule content publishing for all brands as required.
- Conduct brand-specific monthly meetings to align on promotions, scheduling, and priorities.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), top-performing content, and goals for each brand.
- Perform any and all related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (4+ years preferred), preferably with multi-brand management experience.
- Demonstrated success in growing multiple social accounts in social media, focusing on follower count and engagement rates. Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills, tailored to different brand aesthetics.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, adaptable to various brand voices.
- Analytics: Expertise in analyzing social media metrics and deriving brand-specific insights.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Previous experience building AARRR funnels & deploying e-commerce marketing user journeys.
