Prime Ocean are recruiting on behalf of an international oil and gas client a HR Coordinator. The ideal previous experience will be 1 to 2 years in a HR role and present an excellent opportunity for upward mobility in a busy, progressive and fast paced company and industry.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Primary point of contact with Human Resources for management and employees within designated client group
Act as Human Resources consultant and advise clients on various employee issues such as employee counseling, performance management, personnel movement and exit interviews
Works towards standardization of process and practices in all areas of Human Resources delivery
Facilitates the client’s talent management processes (performance management, succession planning, career development planning) such that the client is provided with prepared, qualified internal candidates and provides employees with career growth opportunities
Liaise with compensation, recruiting, global mobility and payroll departments to assist clients with various personnel needs and movements
Supports delivery and execution of workforce planning, staffing and recruitment efforts
Ensures accurate Human Resource Information System records within client group by actively coordinating HR data management activities within client group
Maintains compliance within client group with all applicable regulations concerning employment
Establishes Human Resources visibility and fosters a positive employee relations environment within the client group via field visits and client leadership team participation
Resolves and/or responds to employee issues as capable or brokers service from appropriate HR resource for resolution
Assists client management with employee counseling, coaching, terminations, and investigations of alleged harassment, discrimination or other inappropriate workplace behavior
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
