Account Coordinator Job Description
Live Tinted is rapidly growing and we are further building out our Field Team as we continue to expand in retail. We are excited to partner with Ulta Beauty to grow the Live Tinted brand in the US. As we continue to build out the team in the field, we are looking for people who are passionate to bring the inclusive Live Tinted experience to the customer, and that are eager to thrive in a fast paced environment, representing the brand with authenticity.

Desired Criteria:
- Passionate about diversity, inclusion and sharing the brand with a wide array of beauty consumers
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the brand values
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to identify and share custom beauty solutions with all consumers
- Proven track record of achieving territory growth
- Experience planning and executing impactful beauty events and trainings
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and feedback loop to share insights with the larger organization
- Proven capability to develop, inspire, and lead beauty advisors
- 3-5 years experience in prestige beauty with retailers like Sephora and/or Ulta Beauty
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and market growth within budget parameters.
- Build and maintain professional, dynamic relationships with retail employees at all levels through education and in-store side-by-side selling.
- Collaborate with the Ulta beauty advisor team during store visits and events.
- Implement and lead branded retailer training and events to enhance brand awareness and increase market share, alongside the account executive.
- Maximize productivity by partnering with the account executive to strategize and execute store visits tailored to specific market needs.
- Ensure brand merchandising and visual standards meet company expectations, resolving discrepancies at the store level or escalating as necessary.
- Optimize inventory through effective communication between stores and the corporate brand team.
- Provide insights on new innovation, trends, assortment opportunities, and best practices.
Must be able to:
- occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at times and stand for up to 8 hours
- spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking in the store
- Spend 100% in the field, including most weekends
- Keep open lines of communication via email, video calls, Slack, etc
- Have reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory
