Position Description
DS-2 level duties: Service Desk
- Assist with customer support requests through the Service Desk.
- Process customer requests into the appropriate business tools and or team.
- Assist with surge customer relationship management tasking for Business Agreements relative to induction to sustainment of any IT requirements.
- Assist with low level acquisition process like bankcard, Purchase Request and admin support for task orders and contracts.
- Assist with coordination of Command Enterprise License Agreements
- Assist with IAM and Cyber Security Workforce program
DS-3 level duties: CRM Portfolio (Developmental)
- Support IT compliance for the Command via the IT approval process.
- Support customer requests through the Service Desk.
- Process customer requests into the appropriate business tools and or team.
- Receive and process low level acquisition process like bankcard, Purchase Request and admin support of Command program DAPO roles and Department lifecycle management.
- Oversight and reporting of all acquisition and Service Desk requests, ensuring execution meets requirements.
- Support customer requirement meetings to onboard and architect customer solutions.
- Support customer relationship portfolio management tasking to include Business Agreements relative to induction through sustainment of any IT and ELA requirements.
- Support with IAM and Cyber Security Workforce program
DS-4 level duties: CRM Specialist (Full Potential)
- Support Acquisition & Investments requirements for the Department.
- Manage the Information Technology Procurement Request Process and requirements for the Command.
- Manage Command ELA program
- Manage asset lifecycle for Department asset program in support of purchase, receiving, processing, tracking.
- Lead operational efforts to align Department programs with Command policy and procedures.
- Oversight Receive and process low level acquisition process like bankcard, Purchase Request and admin support of Command program DAPO roles.
- Manage customer relationship portfolio management tasking to include Business Agreements relative to induction to sustainment of any IT requirements.
- Lead customer requirement meetings to onboard and architect customer solutions.
- Lead rate development and service definition for fiscal year services and agreements.
- Development of business plan for service delivery approval and funding.
- Operate as NMCI IAM and Cyber Security Workforce memo orm approver.
- Research Acquisition options available in support of Department and Command Initiatives.
