**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
**Duties:** Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently. - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed.
Provide exceptional administrative support. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Assist in the coordination of meetings and events, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and logistics.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Provide clerical support such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Support various administrative functions, Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
**Experience:** - Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). -
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
