Seven Seas Water Group operates two businesses within the water infrastructure space. Seven Seas Water (“SSW”), which provides water treatment and desalination for governmental and industrial customers in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and the AUC Group (www.aucgroup.net), which provides decentralized wastewater treatment plants for industrial and municipal customers in the United States. Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Reporting Analyst to lead reporting within our organization. This role requires a combination of leadership capabilities and hands-on reporting and data-gathering expertise, with proficiency in various reporting tools including Tableau, ERP reporting tools, SQL Server, Oracle, and Crystal Reports. Other similar job titles would be: Data Analyst, Report Developer, Business Analyst, Data Engineer. The Business Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Business Reporting Analyst will indirectly report to the IT Applications Manager, and will collaborate with the IT Applications Manager on templates, tracking, etc. as we need to improve our processes for both ERP-based and non-ERP based reporting. Initial efforts will focus on report upgrades and remediations, and longer-term will be maintenance, enhancements and a great focus on data analytics and dashboarding. Work closely with other departments to develop knowledge of business processes and system requirements. This individual will work closely with the organization to create, deploy, modify reports. This is a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office.

Requirements
- Report Development: Create and maintain complex reports using Tableau, Crystal Reports, SSRS, IFS reporting tools (i.e. IFS Lobbies, IFS Business Reports, Power BI), Planful/Spotlight, Excel, SQL, and Oracle.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Business Analysis: Learn the business processes and data storage options. Understanding of the business processes, business needs, data locations, etc. will be key to successfully delivering report and dashboard data. Recommend data storage improvements and optimization.
- Reporting Strategy: Develop and recommend a comprehensive reporting strategy, in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for reporting purposes. Run standard development screening to ensure quality prior to hand over.
- Dashboard Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Report Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline report generation, batch processing, and data distribution processes.
- Data Governance: Establish data governance and best practices to maintain data quality and integrity.
- User Training: Provide training to end-users and stakeholders to maximize the utilization of reporting tools.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting solutions, data sources, and processes.
- Post-Implementation Support & Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize and enhance reporting performance and efficiency.

Education And Experience
- BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Query development and other DB Object experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) , T-SQL (Transact) or PL/SQL.
- Experience dealing with all levels of personnel in an organization.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, Excel, and Oracle.
- Preferred: experience in Tableau, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Crystal Reports.
- Skilled at learning Business Processes and developing business relationships
- Strong SQL, query, and database management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data visualization tools.
- Experience in report automation and optimization.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Basic programming skills such as Power BI or Visual Studio coding tools (note: used for excel reporting and macros)
- Preferred: Experience with tying Dashboards into ML / AI efforts.
- Preferred: Experience with Data Storage designs for ML / AI efforts.
- Preferred: Experience with ML / AI solutions.
- Preferred: Experience with Implementing automation processes.
- Preferred: Experience / Familiarity with data in IFS ERP system
