Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service coordinator to join our sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with sales reps, production and logistics team to confirm receipt of new orders and update the status of orders
- Manage/control receipt of new customer set-up forms for system accuracy
- Convert boutique orders processed by Credit Cards into shippable transactions within the agreed upon ship window (establish monthly on-time conversion metrics)
- Maintain accurate records of orders to provide monthly shipping visibility well in advance of shipping period (BI- weekly/monthly visibility required)
- Review incoming production dates, reports for credit standing, and status of orders (thorough follow-up regarding details with sales team is a must)
- Process returns of merchandise in conjunction with DC for B2B and D2C
- Act as a point of contact to resolve customer issues or respond to questions
- Work closely with the “Sales Team” to make sure “dropped styles” are cleansed from the system and accurate order/customer data is maintained
- Direct process changes to improve the level of customer experience and implement plans to scale the customer service department through increased efficiencies and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, sales, operations, and finance
- Review and identify customer inquiry key trends and client challenges and present recommendations to improve the customer experience
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping experience within the fashion industry
- Experience with ERP Systems such as Apparel Magic and JOOR B2B Sales Platform is a plus
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and problem solving with a keen attention to detail
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
- Work well under pressure
