The marketing intern (unpaid for academic credits) will help develop and execute a marketing plan for the company's new all-in-one mobile app for finding the best beaches. They will help create and distribute marketing materials, manage social media accounts, and coordinate events. They will also help develop relationships with key partners and media outlets. The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, and has a strong interest in marketing and technology.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the mobile app
• Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and press releases
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating content
• Coordinate events to promote the mobile app
• Develop relationships with key partners and media outlets
• Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Requirements
• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends
