Description Responsibilities include coordination of TJC and other accrediting bodies disease-specific certification activities, including accreditation activities, program development and related education to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsible for operational processes of concurrent retrospective data collection, data entry and analysis, and external submission of data within established deadlines. Also responsible for the generation of summary reports and ongoing communication with appropriate hospital and/or medical staff to identify, recommend and facilitate the implementation strategies for improvement.

Graduate of an associate’s Program in Nursing- Required
Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred Minimum Work Experience
Three years of relevant progressive work experience in clinical healthcare preferred, including a minimum of one year direct experience in performance improvement. Working knowledge of federal, state and regulatory requirements in performance improvement, accreditation and licensure

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
