Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of deep understanding of ServiceNow tool and reporting out of the tool for use in assessing quality, service health and process improvement opportunities.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design, development, and deployment of high quality, well documented reports and dashboards from ServiceNow.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the use of KPIs to track trends and drive behavior.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience using data analysis tools to gain insights into data quality and trends.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with IT Service Management, ITIL practices
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience with relational database structures and with record relationships and data keys.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Performance Analytics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on CMDB Health and related dashboards and configuration.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience performing Data Quality analysis and data source comparison auditing.
