The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work independently and diligently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, and assisting the Business Development Director in incorporating new and effective processes.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Experience with basic Accounting tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with associates to optimize efficient procedures and systems
- Update and track delivery records and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Light Bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with scheduling and planning of meetings/conferences etc.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
