Day to Day:
Insight Global client, a Federal Credit Union is seeking to hire 15 contact center representatives to sit in their Rocklin call center. This representative will be responsible for answering 30-50 inbound calls to resolve client questions and concerns. This person will need to be technically capable as they will be operating on a dual monitor set up and documenting client conversations in a CRM. This representative will demonstrate the ability to upsell services and products while resolving client requests.
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (fast-paced environment)
- Must have 1 year of recent sales experience.
- Proven ability to upsell services or products in a working environment.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must have availability to work 6am- 4pm and 9:30am-6:30pm M-F
- Punctual attendance is required.
- Must be able to pass a soft credit check (will not affect their credit score)
Compensation:
$20.00/hr to $22.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
