This position will be responsible for strategy and planning, content and creative, community engagement, influencer relations and reporting. You should be eager to join a fast-paced work environment, have an all-hands-on-deck mentality, be technically savvy, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, have an understanding that social media is not 9-5pm, be detail oriented and able to manage your time efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Report to Account Director/Founder and support in day-to-day social media efforts including but not limited to content curation / creation, copywriting, influencer relations, client communication and reporting
- Create, develop, and execute strategy for clients; including but not limited to growth ideas, content ideas, campaign / launch concepts, influencer + brand partnerships, and overall suggestions to stay proactive with all accounts
- Create content calendars for Client approval, including aesthetically cohesive imagery, edited videos, and captions
- Create / review IG Story content, as well as suggest new concepts and content
- Create detailed reports of social campaigns and results
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with clients - timely responses to email, lead Client calls
- Oversee Account Coordinator's posting and community management on all accounts to make sure things are timely and accurate
- Manage influencer and ambassador relations by establishing and maintaining relationships, overseeing gifting needs, and researching new partnerships
- Support team with monthly photoshoots (location/model scouting, stylist assisting, day of coordination, etc.)
- Keep multiple internal databases up to date on a daily basis
- Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for Account Directors
Qualifications
- BA degree required
- At least 3 years of social media experience
- Graphic design experience is a must
- Keen eye for detail and aesthetic; graphic design and photography skills a plus
- Agency experience preferred
- Interest in lifestyle, entertainment, trends, and current events a must
- Proficiency and understanding of social media platforms and tools
- Excellent computer skills
- Innovative, strategic, and analytical thinker
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
- Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously
- Proficient in the full Adobe suite
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills within a business environment
- A positive, problem-solving, all hands on deck attitude
- Must be able to thrive in a past-faced environment
- Ability to film and edit video for Instagram and TikTok is a plus
