The successful candidate will supports the Campaign Project Management team with administrative duties related to end-to-end project management in monitoring, tracking and delivery. The right candidate is a highly collaborative individual who has the passion and desire to work in the creative operations and production space while working on campaigns in a matrixed organization, helping to launch them on time and on budget. Marketing Coordinator Pay And Benefits
- Hourly pay: $30/hr
- Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036 or Burbank, CA 91505- Hybrid, 1 day/week in the office (Thursdays))
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Key Project: Support the Campaign Project Management team in their work with external partnerships and in-house production teams, as well as with creative and marketing teams to oversee successful launches of originals and our brand campaigns.
- Support Partnerships team in administrative duties related to campaign management; scheduling, meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication of status updates internally to the key stakeholders associated with the specific campaign with guidance from the campaign project management team.
- Maintain Campaign Project Management tools with the latest campaign and project milestones, direction and strategy, and production status as a resource for the business.
- Monitor and track the production process & project management for all promotional assets needed by on-device partners.
- Act as liaison between partnerships and internal partners to ensure project deliverables are delivered and posted live on-time
- Facilitate routing through creative for approvals amongst internal and external parties.
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications
- 1+ years working in marketing or agency project management with exposure in digital marketing, production, post-production or a creative operations role.
- AA in Business, Marketing, Production or related field.
- Experience working in a digital media entertainment environment with multiple stakeholders and highly matrixed teams is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn about the complete campaign lifecycle from strategy through to execution.
- Comfortable and adaptable in working cross-functionally with multiple partners.
- Adaptable, flexible and able to change gears quickly and nimbly when changes happen to processes and project.
- Familiarity with a task and workflow management tool such as Asana, Jira, Airtable or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay information simply and clearly.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Calm, balanced, level-headed, and collaborative in nature.
- Familiarity with design, video and digital file specs, including key art, print, video, social is a plus.
Marketing Coordinator Shift
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (either East or West coast depending on location)
Compensation: From $30.00 to $30.00 per hour
