- Develop and implement document control processes and procedures to ensure the accurate and efficient management of company documents.
- Manage the creation, revision, and distribution of controlled documents, including policies, procedures, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure that all documents are categorized, indexed, and stored in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Maintain document databases and control logs to track document history, status, and revisions.
- Coordinate document reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor document changes and updates, and communicate revisions to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct periodic audits of document control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and systems.
- Assist in the implementation of document management software and tools to enhance efficiency and document accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve document control processes and support quality management initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, information management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing document control processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to document control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve document control issues.
