Executive Assistant/Financial Services Coordinator
A respected client in Washington, DC is seeking an Financial Services Coordinator to provide critical administrative and operational support to the team. Bachelor’s degree preferred, in office every day, excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate visits for investors; schedule conference rooms, handle A/V, order lunch, setup/breakdown materials
- Assist with presentation materials
- Maintain and organize legal files
- Attend meetings and record minutes
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Act as front office reception
- Maintain office inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; would consider equivalent experience
- 8+ years in a professional administrative assistant role
- Experience working with multiple teams within an organization
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Salesforce/database experience is a plus
