Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
Qualifications
- Recap data from candidates' resumes.
- Research and source for best-fit candidates.
- Understand end-to-end recruitment process and job requirements.
- Post ads in job portals and social media.
- Assist in talent/market mapping - research of potential candidate.
- Source and screen for candidates, sit-in for phone interviews and join senior consultants for face to face/ video interviews.
- Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates.
- Any administrative duties as assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Fluent in english both oral and written
What we need:
- Min Bachelor Degree, Fresh Graduates / Semester 6-8 are open to apply
- 3 months internship
- Required full time : Mon - Fri (on site)
