We’re a digital agency that works exclusively with nonprofits and schools, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsible virtual assistant to help us serve more clients.
The virtual assistant will report directly to the CEO, and will support the agency in three specific areas (detailed below): Marketing, Operations/Administration and Sales Development.
The ideal candidate possesses three specific qualities:
1. Trustworthiness - this is key; we need to have mutual and implicit trust. You’ll have access to important data and information and we need to know that it’s always safe with you, no matter what.
2. Responsiveness - we look for quick responses and turnarounds on assigned tasks; we’re a fair and reasonable team - but we ask that the VA is there to respond each day, and in real-time, when needed
3. Detail-oriented - if you're the type of person that needs in their DNA to do a good and thorough job, then you’re like us - and that’s what we’re looking for! Quality work, honest communication and proper follow-through are the keys to success in this role.
If you possess these three qualities - and you’re nice (super important!) - then we should talk.
This position will start as part-time (about 5 hours per week) and will be on-going. We will ramp up hours as we solidify the relationship and ensure we’re right for one another. We are open to the possibility of full-time at some point in the future.

Marketing (Including but not limited to):
- Provide support in building presentations and webinars
- Assist in building email lists and constructing and delivering email outreach based on our direction (Knowledge of Hubspot helps here)
- Assist in updating our Website (knowledge of Wordpress is a plus)
- Upload and refine blog content on website
Operations and Administration (Including but not limited to):
- Interacting with state/federal agencies
- Booking us for events/networking opportunities
- Help us reduce costs by monitoring subscription tools and services
- Assist CEO with booking appointments and some personal virtual errands
- Set-up staff and freelancers on Google Workspace
Sales Development Support (Including but not limited to):
- Research and get us on podcasts
- Locate and book us at venues for speaking and webinar delivery
- Compile lists for prospect outreach on LinkedIN and other databases
