Job Title: Senior Facilities Project Manager
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Project Manager to lead the setup and ongoing management of our new technology hub. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including contractor management, staff supervision, infrastructure development, budgeting, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the planning, design, and construction of the technology hub facility
2. Manage and coordinate multiple contractors and vendors
3. Supervise facilities staff and operations
4. Develop and maintain physical infrastructure systems
5. Create and manage budgets for facility projects and operations
6. Handle procurement processes for equipment, supplies, and services
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
8. Implement and maintain facility management technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facility projects
- Strong experience in contractor management and staff supervision
- Expertise in budget development and financial management
- Proficiency in procurement processes and vendor negotiations
- Knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience setting up or managing technology-focused facilities
- Familiarity with smart building technologies and sustainable practices
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP)
