About DIO
DIO is a new line of ready-to-drink, canned cocktails (13.5-15% ABV). Named after Dionysus, the original party god, DIO offers modern twists on classic cocktails from around the world. Each elixir offers an all-natural, “less guilt” drinking experience sure to bewitch any mortal palate. Within each celestially canned cocktail is a “double dose of spirit with a splash of sin” using only premium spirits and ingredients. Our tantalizing tonics are sinlessly sweetened, with each can containing less than 250 calories and 8g of sugar per can.
Founded by renowned party planner, Bronson van Wyck and entrepreneur, Nick Bradley, DIO has reimagined classic favorites with exotic ingredients to create modern-day, epicurean elixirs that are mixologist-worthy and Mt. The Position
DIO is looking for a detail-oriented candidate to manage all aspects of our supply chain. The position will be responsible for procurement, logistics, inventory and the associated financial reporting, as well as overseeing each vendor and partner in our supply chain. We are looking for someone scrappy to collaborate with our internal and external vendors, manage our ongoing production, and execute new product launches. Candidate must be able to think critically and prioritize effectively, focusing on immediate efficiencies and long-term scalability. This position will report directly to the CEO.
Position will be remote if outside of the NY metro area. Candidate must be willing to travel for supply chain.
Compensation
Salary Range: $90-125k
The salary range for this position is based on the applicant's experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The actual salary will be determined during the interview process based on the aforementioned criteria.

Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Co-Manufacturing Management
- Coordinate and manage relationships and financials with supply chain partners, vendors, and 3PLs
- Run production QA and monitor co-manufacturing, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in product manufacturing and packaging
- Support vendor agreement negotiations
- Identify process bottlenecks, implement solutions in a timely manner and monitor supply chain KPIs on an ongoing basis
- Plan production runs based on sales projections and demand
- Outline projected COGS for each production run, maintaining projections at least six months in advance
- Manage transportation partners, planning & coordinating pickups as necessary for fulfillment needs with distribution partners from co-packer location(s)
Procurement
- Source new vendors/suppliers/partners for ingredients, packaging, co-packing, and 3PL as needed for either new products or COGS optimization
- Source ingredients & packaging for each production run, managing lead times effectively for each production
- Collaborate with the design & marketing team in the ongoing development process for new products & packaging
- Manage point of sale collateral and procurement with production partners
S&OP
- Own inventory demand tracking & reporting, coordinating with the sales & marketing teams
- Manage all inventory at the SKU level, making adjustments to mix based on new demand signals from sales & marketing for fiscal year
- Develop next FY inventory demand projections in partnership with leadership teams
Formulation
- Manage formulation partners on the development of new flavors and products
- Schedule internal and external tastings, track all feedback in a concise document for formulators to easily digest
- Ensure all finalized formulas are sent off to can manufacturer for testing and PA for advisory
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in supply chain management for a similar high-growth CPG brand, startup experience a +
- Experience in alcohol space or canned beverages a ++
- Understanding of end to end supply chain processes and best practices
- Expertise in project management
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel modeling
- Proficient in PMO tools like Monday or Airtable
- Willingness to travel as needed for production & QA to co-manufacturing facilities
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as analytical thinking
