Real Integrated is currently seeking an entry-level, junior copywriter.
A junior copywriter is responsible for collaborating with our creative team to develop impactful campaign and messaging ideas for various clients. The role involves listening to the Creative Director/Producers (and or creative briefs) and understanding their needs before making copy suggestions/decisions.
Their copy is required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, outdoor, point of sale, print ads, posters, radio, TV, digital and social media. An understanding of brand voice, narrative, and tone is important for each project.
The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Involves managing more than one brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job. Typical activities include:
Position reports to the Chief Creative Officer.
Responsibilities include:
-Brainstorming, creating and transforming ideas into words for various mediums.
-Have an understanding of both traditional and digital mediums.
-Creating concepts for creative projects including but not limited to; TV spots, radio spots, branding projects, websites, direct mail, outdoor and print ads.
-Proofreading all creative assignments.
-Attending record sessions for assigned TV and radio campaigns.
-Assisting the video editor in development of videos and TV spots.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Creative Writing, Journalism or similar field.
-Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and written.
