About us:
Amazing Seasun Games is an international games developer focused on creating high-quality games across PC, mobile, and console. Our teams are comprised of industry veterans with a shared mission of creating industry-leading video game experiences. Although we have multiple office locations globally, this particular role will be based out of our newly created US Publishing Headquarters located in Irvine, California. This role will focus on supporting our most recent upcoming title, Mecha BREAK (coming to PC, PlayStation and Xbox).
Key job responsibilities
- Create and maintain social content roadmap calendar, clearly outlining promotional efforts and keeping cross functional teams organized.
- Serve as a key community contact with direct interface with global publishing team to supply them with key insights, trends and best practices.
- Contribute to content strategy and player-facing communications, including active engagement on official social channels, community channels and reactive messaging.
- Provide engaging written and visual content, working with social and creative agencies as necessary.
- Manage all owned channels for assigned products, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube), forums and 1st party community hubs.
- Retain, support, and build long-term relationships with existing content creators.
- Expert on all social channels and their tools managing relationships with each of the platform account managers.
- Identify needs, problems, common opinions, and end-user sentiment through official community channels and social media, providing meaningful reporting to management.
- Analyze and report metrics pertaining to community sentiment and social engagement, as well as KPIs online activities, to drive improvement, optimization, and innovation.
- Become a product expert and participate in livestreams and video productions as an informational and authoritative brand representative, when required.

Pre-Requisites :
- BA/BS degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
- Understanding of social media and livestreaming best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniques.
- Have a good eye for creative content, and the ability to spot emerging social trends and identify gaming/pop-cultural references.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.
- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Must be a gamer.
