We are seeking a talented and creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have meticulous eye for elevated design and a strong visual understanding of the L’AGENCE brand. As our graphic designer, you will play a crucial role in translating our brand vision into visually compelling graphics across web, social, and print. To be successful in this role, you must be able to keep pace in a highly fluid, ever-changing, collaborative workplace.
Based in Los Angeles Showroom. Reports to Senior Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities & Skills:
1. Conceptualize and design visual elements for print and digital mediums including, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, paid and organic social media content, email newsletters, affiliate banners, assets for homepage and landing pages, and branding materials as needed.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Create and utilize email templates for creative development.
- Support the production, art direction, and execution of new content, while also being resourceful in leveraging existing assets in new and unexpected ways.
- Color correct and retouch images as needed, both on-model and product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand narrative and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and elevate our design standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the brand's visual identity and storytelling.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Elevated eye for design, layout, typography and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Experience with motion graphics is a strong plus.
- Special projects and other duties relating to graphics or marketing may be assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and user experience.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of web best practices,.
5. Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when needed.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and willing to work in-office.
