Job Summary:
The Office & Personal Assistant is a part-time employee position, responsible for overseeing multiple projects including coordinating physical mailings and personal support for the CEO’s in their home.
You must have excellent communication skills in managing CEO’s expectations and delivering that
extra WOW! Factor. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people, has
exquisite attention to detail, likes cleaning, and is looking to establish long-term work with a fast-growing, successful company.
Experience you must have:
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office assistant experience
Skills and Qualities:

- Precise and detail-oriented, great with customer service
- Clear-headed, quick-thinking, and graceful in high-pressure situations

- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner

Office and Personal Assistant Tasks of this Role:
- Office and administrative work
- Mailings to clients
- Errands
- Organization
- Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, sweeping, vacuuming)
- Light food prep
- Admin tasks
- Household and organizational projects
- Managing mail
- Managing car maintenance
- Overall support system for a busy family
Requirements:
20-24 hours per week, as needed
Additional hours may be requested
