SOFTWARE SALES LEAD ROLE for former eCommerce Managers
Job Description
Frenzy AI outperforms previous merchandising solutions like Algolia, Searchspring and Nosto by 38% in higher revenue on average when A/B tested against search, recommendation sections and collection pages. Our private Shopify app provides (truly) personalized search results and recommendations that not only adapt to the brand's merchandising ethos but also tailor the shopping experience to each shopper's individual preferences by considering thousands of data points in realtime. Our customers range from small - large with brands like Vestiaire Collective, Simon Properties, Jessica Simpson and Bombshell Sportswear to name a few.
This is a great opportunity to switch from eCommerce management to a career in software sales (and beyond), earn a base + commission (we're definitely not Google, but as a small company of 7 we have big aspirations and try to provide an adequate base salary with limitless earning potential), and develop your talents in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & qualifying leads in CRM from leading brands and Shopify stores
- Cultivating sales opportunities with targeted email campaigns & cold calling
- Booking demos with potential customers to showcase Frenzy AI solution
- Engaging with key personnel, establishing relationships and building trust
- Exceeding customer expectations with support and product expertise
- Working with Partnerships Director to identify opportunities to achieve growth
Recommendations
- Secure solid leads and close deals
- Passion for eCommerce is a plus
- Ability to pitch and present Frenzy AI solution to eCommerce companies effectively
- Demonstrate excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Relevant Tech/ Fashion/ E-commerce industry experience recommended
- Experience working with CRM like Hubspot preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Experience operating a Shopify store preferred but not required
