Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Associate at RepRally. As an Operations Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating operations, supporting our sales representatives, conducting order reporting, track payment collections, analyzing data and providing insights, as well as providing exceptional customer service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to sales representatives and resolve various operational issues
- Monitor and report on the status of shipments and identify potential delays/issues
- Review and determine the appropriate outcome for order disputes/issues
- Collaborate with our partner brands to improve operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, logistics/supply chain or related field
